Liberty of London for Target, Lara Stone, and Loveliness.

The sun is shining again in Massachusetts! I don't think I've ever been so happy to have 50 degree weather. And it actually feels warm. I think I'm developing coldness tolerance. Don't know how I feel about that.

On a totally unrelated note, how much do you guys love the new Prada campaign with Lara Stone. They've given her blue eyes, like Sasha Pivarova in the last campaign, but Lara's gap-toothed coutenance is a refreshing change for Prada. It's very much in spirit with Prada's Fall 2010, where the emphasis was all on hourglass figures and womanly curves, and on the model scale of bodies, Lara really represents that. Plus, she's insanely gorgeous, and I like the graphic nature of the black and white tiles vanishing into the white background. It's striking without being overwhelming.

Camel has emerged to be a huge trend for Fall 2010, especially in outerwear. Of course, all those in the fashion know have already been sporting camel all around fashion week. One of my favorite versions so far is this simplified take on the classic trench, and the pop of shiny red in the clutch really livens it up.

Liberty of London for Target: Multicolored Floral Chemise, $17.99 at target.com, Decorative Pillow, $19.99 at target.com, Kiss Lock Wallet in Poppy Pink, $14.99 at target.com: A lot of the Liberty of London for Target stuff has already sold out, and if I was near a Target I'd have pictures for you guys, but I'm reduced to just drooling over the lovely floral prints online. One of my favorite pieces is this chemise, which could totally double as a day dress. It's just so cheerful and summery, and $17.99 is a fantastic price for something in a Liberty print. How adorable would that pillow be on a white couch? Or sitting on my bed. There's something a little Alice in Wonderland about the hand-drawn nature, almost savage nature of the florals, and the white background tempers all those hothouse colors nicely. For a more traditional take on the floral print, this kiss lock wallet is a great investment. The wallet shape is sweetly nostalgic and really practical, and the print is such a classic ditsy floral.

Black Dining Collection, $21.59 at target.com, Dunclaire Bedding Collection, $69.99 at target.com, Opening Ceremony Indian Jacquard Mini, $185 at lagarconne.com: I need these plates and this bedding for my dorm room. The plates come in a wide variety of prints/colors, and I love that there's so much variety even between pieces in the same set. I think my favorite part of it might be the clear drinking glasses with the drawn-on flowers. They would be so gorgeous with a jewel-colored juice in them! This duvet cover is so graphic and gorgeous. It's a nice change from the usual black flowers on white background, and again, the flowers are girly but slightly savage and aggressive, so it's not your typical floral comforter. The pop of color from the pink ups the fun factor and makes it a great option for a bland dorm room. This skirt isn't from Liberty of London for Target, I just really want it. The high-waisted mini-skirt cut is really flattering and versatile, the stretch fabric is extremely comfy, and the turquoise jacquard print has a wordly, boho feel that contrasts perfectly with the clean lines of the skirt. Pair this skirt with a simple white tank, and you have an instant outfit.

Marc by Marc Jacobs Bow Wow Wow Anabella Studs, $48 at shopbop.com, Ash Lotus Cutout Booties, $240 at shopbop.com, Sultra The Laser Leopard Straight & Smooth One-inch Iron, $155 at sephora.com: My newly (as in November, but still) pierced ears can still only handle studs, so I'm constantly shopping around for fun but affordable gold/silver studs. These are silver plated, so they shouldn't give anyone irritation problems, and I love that they're recognizable as bows, but there's something slightly abstracted and almost off about them. They almost seem like they're melting, which adds a nice subversive touch to the typically girly motif. I want these booties. I've really warmed up to the idea of booties, but they can look really heavy and clunky. The peep-toe and the slits in these booties lighten them up and give them a sexy edge that's equal parts vixen and sci-fi. The shiny grey leather is a refreshing alternative to black (although these also come in black) and the wedge heel is high-impact and practical. If anyone's in the market for a hair straightener, I seriously recommend this one. The reviews of the iron itself are fantastic, it's the perfect size for in-depth straightening or touch-ups, and it's LEOPARD print. Leopard! I thought my pink iron was sassy, but leopard print? That would make anybody smile in the morning.
