So I'm Indecisive....

I know I posted like a week ago about finding my boot soul-mate, but.....I'm having second thoughts. I've been thinking about cheating on my booties (that I haven't actually bought yet. This is how I spend my time) with two other boots.

Here's the old boot soul-mate: Veronica Slouch Boot $328 at fryeboots.com

And here are my two new obsessions:
Frye 12R Engineer Boot, $198 at shopbop.com, Frye 15R Engineer Boot, $250 at fryeboots.com
So not only are these two almost $100 bucks cheaper, but from what I've heard, the Engineer boots are much sturdier and higher quality than the Veronica boots. And the Harley Davidson motorcycle people wear them, so they must be tough.

I'm having a little trouble deciding between these two though. The taller boots are more typical and equestrian looking, which, oddly, is part of what's freaking me out about them. Wearing riding boots that aren't real riding boots seems very weird to me, since I have real riding boots. The shorter boots are def more funky and motorcycle boot looking, and usually I don't go for short boots, but after seeing them on Keira Knightley in the Vogue shoot below, I'm thinking that they're really, really cute. And they would look soooo cute with jeans, or with tights, or with...anything....drool...

So people, please help me! Are the short ones too trendy or are they more versatile than I think? Please, please, please comment and help me get over my indecisiveness! No, seriously. I needs help.
